VISION
Most individuals, including Christians, spend the majority of their lives at work. It’s easy to overlook that our primary identity,
before our workplace titles, are first and foremost, Christians.
God has given us the skills and placed us in various occupations so that we can shine for Him. We want to create a community of
Christians in New Zealand and beyond who will be pillars of influence, a bright shining light in their workplace.
MISSION
To connect, inspire, encourage and empower Christ-followers to live out their faith in the workplace. Can our coworkers see Jesus in us? We believe that the gospel is not just proclaimed but also embodied through actions. That those who witness our good work may glorify our heavenly Father. We believe in pursuing personal growth and development with Godly wisdom to make a significant impact in our workplace.

Graeme, raised in Napier, New Zealand and Malaysia, spent 16 years working in Singapore. There, he accepted his faith in Jesus Christ and met his wife, Jane and were blessed with a daughter. Following God’s call, they returned to New Zealand to pursue the call to church planting. During their time in New Zealand, they noticed a lack of support for Christians in workplace ministry, motivating them to launch the project, Sharpens Another.
